Description
Justine is the ultimate athlete! From a young age she has been involved in sports ranging from wrestling to volleyball, golf and even rugby. She is a graduate of Conestoga College’s Recreation and Leisure program, as well as Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, where she received the honour of being awarded the Sports Outreach Certificate. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge base and specializing in prenatal care as well as myofascial release.

We have assembled an energetic, multi-skilled and professional team for your benefit, and we will strive to help you to achieve optimal health. Our highly trained, client focused therapists are all members in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Our treatments are diverse and can include: deep tissue, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, acupuncture, prenatal massage, hot stone, or sports massage.
