Description
Gail has worked in rehabilitative massage therapy for 14 years during which time she completed many continuing educational courses including a Doctorate in Acupuncture. She has acquired extensive experience treating sports, occupational and repetitive strains and injuries as well as numerous pathologies and postural related pain and dysfunction. Gail uses modalities such as ultrasound, passive stretch, soft tissue release and encourages active participation in her treatment plan with stretching and strengthening exercises.
