In her 15 years of practice, Tara has worked in multiple different environments including multidisciplinary clinics, spa, medical and neurological settings where she has seen a diverse clientele with many ailments, injuries and treatment needs. Whether your preference is relaxation or deep tissue, Tara’s technique is very thorough and she likes to locate those difficult trouble spots. Tara can perform Swedish massage, hot stone massage and trigger point therapy.
