Description
Krista applies her intuition and orthopedic assessment skills to identify problem areas and then applies treatment-based and relaxation techniques tailored to the client’s specific needs in a compassionate, supportive environment (with sweet music). She has specific training in: advanced massage techniques, myofascial release, scar tissue work, trigger point techniques, orthopedic assessment, injury and post-surgery rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and the first level of craniosacral therapy, She is particularly interested in myofascial work and therapeutic treatment.
