- I’ve completed Myofascial Strain Release for the Thoracolumbar region, Osteopathic Techniques for the upper thoracic and cervical spine, Visceral Manipulation & Foam rolling techniques, and an Integrated treatment Approach to the Cervical Spine and Shoulder Complex.
- I am also a Canadian Certified Endermologist who performs treatments with the Medical Mechanical Lymphatic Drainage device from France.
