Description
Alexie, best known as Lex, is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, and completed the Advanced Standing Massage Therapy Diploma at Ontario College. Lex uses techniques including soft tissue release, joint mobilization, lymphatic drainage and pain modulation in combination with an individualized exercise plan to restore normal and optimal function. She is in good standing with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association and College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

We offer Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and Athletic Therapy. We offer one-on-one sessions with our Clinicians, in order for you to get personalized care. We provide motivated individuals with our integrated approach to rehabilitation. We aim to empower all clients to move and perform at their highest level- in sport, in fitness, in health, and in life. Our facility is a large, spacious clinic that is fully-stocked with gym equipment in order to truly test your return to sport or activity.
