We have a 2 Registered Massage Therapists who are also certified personal trainers with certifications in advanced sports massage, orthopaedic massage, IASTM and we specialize in deep tissue massage.

We are actively involved in supporting our community and our athletes and have sponsored numerous athletes from the grassroots level to national and international levels. We volunteer out time for numerous sporting events and have worked with Team USA Rugby; RedBull medical team, Mizuno Canada and so many more.
