Description
Kelly is trained in injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation using exercise techniques as plyometrics, and propriocetion. Kelly is also experienced in myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, prenatal care, postural abnormalities and viscera-myofascial technique (a method which helps improve or restore the normal motion of the body's organs). Kelly has also obtained her Neuromuscular Therapy & Advanced Deep Tissue Certificate, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Treatment Certificate, Viscero-Myofascial Technique and Sports Injury Certificates.
