Description
Gary has studied yoga, tai chi, qi gong and Awareness Through Movement (Feldenkrais). This has helped him develop greater self awareness and sensitivity, which he brings to all his clients. Gary has continued his education in the following areas: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Treatment Certificate, Visceral Myofascial Release Certification, assessment and Management of the Running Athlete, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Deep Tissue Techniques, Integrated Osteopathic Techniques-Level I.
