Description
Minseok’s goal is to help patients heal themselves, to ensure they are comfortable, and that they understand the treatment they are receiving. He wants to create a relaxing environment while a patient receives a treatment in order to create a bond of trust. His massage therapy skill-set includes Swedish massage techniques, cupping, myofascial release, focusing on trigger point work and has received his certification Level I for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (LMD) Massage using the Vodder Technique. He employs strategies & stretches to increase range of motion and treat any issues patients have.
