With mindful inquisitiveness, I am guided by the concerns and preferences of each individual. Your massage can be both effective and enjoyable. My massage style is specific. I have a knack for targeting those tiny neck muscles, deep hip flexors, areas between the ribs and those tight areas in your hands and forearms. I have an interest in burnout, mental wellness, uterus-having people’s health, pregnancy-related concerns, postnatal care, headaches and migraines, TMJ dysfunction, and hip issues.
Trigger Point, CST, MET, Fascial, Myofascial, NMT, Scar release and Visceral/Abdominal work.

Making Space Massage Therapy is located in the historic Duncan building in Downtown Vancouver. 

In seven  years practicing, Crystal Vera an RMT has filtered her skills within her massage therapy practice. She offers patients room to make space for healing, relaxing, pain management, better movement, improved sleep, nervous system regulation, breath education, mind to body reconnection, balanced digestive and pelvic viscera function, for growing a life, to feel good, for self care.
