Description
I have taken many courses and additional certifications to upgrade and add more ‘tools’ to my tool belt, and include advanced training in: Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, LILT (Cold) Laser therapy, R.A.P.I.D. Adhesion Release Technique, Therapeutic Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Gau Sha (like Graston), Reiki and coming soon, Low Intensity Light Therapy (cold laser). Although my specialty is Intense Deep Tissue therapy and Sports Massage, most recently I have begun the process of training in Clinical Somatic Education, to become a certified Somatics Practitioner and Educator.
