While attending York U & working towards her Kinesiology degree, Tanya began working as a Certified Personal Trainer. 

Tanya recognized that many of the clients had a variety of postural dysfunctions & overuse syndromes that needed to be overcome in order to achieve their goals. Tanya helps clients reach their health & fitness needs safely while building a strong foundation.

In addition to Swedish Massage, which increases circulation & tissue health in a relaxing environment, she was educated in clinical assessment & advanced techniques for the treatment of soft tissue injury & dysfunction.
