Nikki’s massage style tends towards a firmer pressure, using techniques to relieve tension and trigger points, and more specific work around the origin and insertion of the muscle. She not only addresses the musculoskeletal concerns but also considers the person as a whole. With the use of Acupuncture, she can help to shift the body from a state of stress (fight & flight) and into a state of calm (rest & digest). Assisting in regulating the body’s nervous system helps improve ones sleep, boosts overall immunity and alleviates chronic pain.
