By understanding your symptoms and assessing them accordingly, we will come up with a treatment plan that will address the core of your discomfort and pain. With my training in Swedish Massage Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Structural Integration, Aromatherapy and personal experience with various body movement exercises, I know I have the tools that can help you feel better longer.
