Nikki Ardito, RMT, is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist and Advanced Movement Therapist (AMT) with certifications in personal training and sports nutrition. Graduating with honors from Georgian College’s Massage Therapy program, Nikki uses a variety of techniques, including Swedish and sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and remedial exercise, to tailor treatments to each client. Passionate about health and fitness, she helps clients achieve active, pain-free lifestyles. In her free time, Nikki enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and staying active.
