With a Bachelor of Science degree and over five years of global experience in Kinesiology Biomechanics and Massage Therapy, I bring a dynamic and results-driven approach to helping you feel and perform your best. My journey has taken me from working with elite Olympic and Paralympic athletes to supporting clients of all backgrounds in achieving their wellness goals. Since moving to Canada in 2019, I’ve been blending science and care as a Physiotherapy Assistant while earning an Honours Diploma in Massage Therapy.
