Description
Nicole completed her Bachelors Degree at Carleton University before obtaining her Massage Therapy Diploma from Fanshawe College. Her treatments include a variety of Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, cupping and soft tissue release. Nicole enjoys treating pre and postnatal clients as well as all other issues. Nicole believes in the healing power of movement and in treating the body as a whole. Through her knowledge and ability to discern what techniques will be most effective, she creates clients customized treatment plans.
