Hailey is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Hailey enjoyed the outdoors and playing all sports growing up including competitive volleyball, recreational soccer, and basketball. Hailey uses a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, dynamic release, as well as exercise and movement to reach your goals. Hailey also has experience in orthopedic injuries, prenatal care, central nervous system, and systemic health conditions.
