Description
As a former competitive swimmer Grace struggled with chronic sports-related injuries for several years until massage therapy gave her the means to live pain-free again. This transformation inspired her to complete the 3000 hour RMT training at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and become a RMT in 2014. Grace has completed the 2-year Integrated Fascial Therapy Series and is experienced with myofascial, craniosacral, and visceral techniques to help relieve effects of acute and chronic pain, headaches, and biomechanic imbalance. She is also a senior instructor and clinic supervisor at VCMT.
