Utilizing a combination of deep tissue techniques, fascial work, diaphragmatic breathing, and oscillatory mobilizations, her goal is to rectify postural imbalances and address a variety of conditions. Outside of her academic pursuits, you can find Sophie lifting weights at the gym, indulging in crochet projects, or exploring new brunch spots in Metro Vancouver!
