Nicole received her diploma in Massage Therapy in New Westminster, British Columbia, at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Nicole practices Swedish Relaxation Massage as well as Trigger Point Release, Muscle Stripping, Golgi Tendon Release, myofascial Release, Muscle Energy, Gentle Joint Manipulation and many other modalities. When Nicole is not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, playing volleyball, and cooking.
