Description
In 2009, Alex successfully completed the massage therapy program at Everest College of Arts and Technology in Toronto. After moving to Vancouver in June 2012, he became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Alex’s treatments may include Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, circulatory work (to improve blood circulation and drainage), therapeutic stretches (including PNF) and craniosacral therapy.
