Description
With a background in Personal Training and Fascia Stretch Therapy, I can apply my knowledge of exercise science and anatomy to each massage treatment. As a Massage Therapist, I implement a new skill set to assist in relieving muscle tension and reducing stress. I am looking forward to building new balanced foundations for each of my clients! I am a graduate of Trillium College's Massage Therapy program, holding honors. I am registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I actively participate as a member of the RMATO.
