I graduated from Durham Colleges advanced massage therapy program in 2021. I’m well versed in a multitude of styles from relaxation to deep tissue, including CMTO approved modalities such as cupping & graston. I believe in tailoring a treatment plan for each individuals needs and prioritizing comfort while still obtaining results. I’m continuously taking courses to ensure I help my patients feel their best; mentally & physically.
