Description
I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College in 2019. I have always been passionate about helping people. I’ve seen how much of a positive impact massage therapy can have on people’s lives, and how it can improve one’s overall health and wellness. I have watched injuries, medical conditions, illnesses, and stress greatly improve through massage, and wants to continue helping people recover from these. I use a variety of techniques with Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, relaxation techniques, and stretching to help treat each clients.
