** $85 FIRST MASSAGE** Anthony began his career as a personal trainer and immediately knew he wanted to work alongside others to help them build a better version of themselves. He became an RMT in 2021 and believes that developing a set of practices to promote rest and recovery are paramount to good health. Anthony's techniques include deep tissue work, lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations, stretching, myofascial and Swedish massage techniques.
