Cindy’s massage therapy practice is primarily focused on Women’s Health & Wellness. She carries advanced skills in various Swedish Massage techniques and has had additional training in pre/post-natal massage therapy. She believes in working collaboratively with her clients and often incorporates breath, visualization, as well as movement into her treatments to help the body & mind naturally let go of tension and stress. Her therapeutic treatments can help provide relief from muscle tension, injury, and of course if you just need some time to de-stress and relax.
