Description
Rachel has always had a passion for helping others and becoming a massage therapist was a natural extension of her enthusiasm for anatomy and wellness. She is a 200hr certified yoga instructor with two teacher trainings under her belt and graduated from Mount Royal University in 2020 with her 2200hr diploma. Her time spend at MRU gave her the opportunity to work with a large population during practicum and reinforced her love of treating & teaching clients. In her spare time, she likes to knit, cross stitch, spend time with friends and family, take care of her parrots and plants!
