Description
I have been practicing massage therapy and similar modalities for over 10 years. I obtained a diploma from Bow Valley College in Calgary back in 2012 with 2200 hr which has allowed me to combine learned knowledge with practical experience. My passion is brining clients relief so I am adaptive to different styles ranging from deep to relaxing to fascial stretching. My clinical knowledge as a nurse allows me to combine a proactive and reactive approach to both understanding the body, and understanding movement and the ideal corrective needs.
