Description
Before graduating with honours from the triOS College Massage Therapy Program, Lacy completed her Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science at the University of Guelph. Lacy believes in a client-centered approach to treatment and tailors her massage sessions to each client's individual needs. She uses several techniques including cupping and deep tissue massage to help her patients with pain management, muscle maintenance, injury recovery and relaxation.
