Description
Kiara grew up immersed in competitive ringette and suffered wear and tear to her body. As a result, she sought out massage therapy and was amazed by the positive results and relief that massage brought. Kiara knows that every person and treatment is unique and uses a variety of different techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue release, sport massage techniques, cupping, fascial release, stress reduction and overall relaxation massage. Kiara also has a passion for pre & post pregnancy massage. She looks forward to being an important part of your health care team.
