Description
Jennifer is an experienced part of the multidisciplinary team at Central Health Care. It was through her own repetitive strain injuries sustained while working in the automotive industry that she developed an interest in Massage Therapy. Her approach to massage therapy is comprehensive; focusing on treating problematic areas but also encourages overall relaxation. She teaches clients to take part in home care exercises including deep breathing and gentle stretching. Jennifer utilizes shiatsu, Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, prenatal massage & sports massage techniques.
