Description
I am always studying and practicing ways to refine how I can help my clients. Currently, I am enrolled in a 2-year program called Biodynamic Fascial Integration, which has its roots in the Osteopathic traditions. The primary philosophy is a gentle, subtle, present approach to working with the body, its systems and tissues, rather than "doing something to the body" or only "rubbing where it hurts". I am also a lover of all things nature. Camping, hiking, swimming, trail running, adventuring. You can find me by fresh water in all four seasons. Nature is my one true love.
