Description
Martha has over 30 years of experience, skills and education in therapeutic massage therapy, holistic health and client centered care. Martha focuses on postural/structural alignment, tissue release and re-balancing, joint mobilization, restructuring the myofascial connective tissue, pain relief, neuromuscular and stress management. Therapies include sports, orthopedic, active release, myofascial release, deep tissue, therapeutic, trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, active isolated stretching, manual lymphatic drainage and remedial exercises.
