Kimberley has always been interested in health and wellness. Her keen interest in the relationship between mind and body drew her to a profession in massage therapy. Her goal is to better assist her clients in the Powell River community and surrounding area to live a more balanced, pain-free lifestyle. She uses Swedish and Myofascial techniques to treat common musculoskeletal conditions caused by poor posture, flawed biomechanics and traumatic injury. Kimberley has a particular interest in using Deep Tissue and Trigger Point massage to promote and support the body’s natural healing capacity.
