Description
I graduated in 2015 and I specialize in spinal mobilization, sports treatment as well as injury rehabilitation. I am certified in Esalen® Massage, which is a technique using long, integrating strokes, creating an experience of deep relaxation supporting the natural ability of body and mind to self-heal. This technique focuses on the connective tissue and deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes, manipulation of the connective tissue and deep pressure on the contracted areas.
