Description
Hi! My name is Elyse (she/her) and I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapist of BC (CMTBC). My approach to Massage Therapy is centred around fostering a safe and inclusive space where I aim to increase body awareness by combining manual therapy techniques and focused breathwork. During a treatment with me you can expect a mix of Swedish Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, and Myofascial Release Techniques.
