Cassandra has been practicing Massage Therapy since graduating from Mount Royal University in 2015. Specializing in deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial release, trigger point release, silicone cupping and hot stones. With a long background in practicing and teaching Yoga, as well as study and certification in Reiki, there is always a level of mindfulness and healing intention woven into treatment. Options for home and self care are provided, and individualized Yoga is also available.
