Description
From the moment Suzanne received her first massage, she knew that pursuing a career in the wellness industry was for her. Her desire to learn more about massage therapy led her to graduate from Langara College's Registered Massage Therapy Program at the end of 2020. Suzanne now looks forward to expanding her knowledge into specific focuses such as temporomandibular joint treatment, visceral massage, muscle energy techniques and craniosacral therapy.

Summary
With an emphasis on decreasing stress, repetitive strain injuries, TMJ and pregnancy massage, Cascade Massage Therapy helps to promote both physical and mental well-being. Public transportation is close by with Olympic Village skytrain station, Stamps Landing for the Aquabus and the 50 False Creek bus route. Neighbourhood parking is free on streets Moberly and Commodore for 2 hours. There is also meter street parking ($1/hr) and an EasyPay parking lot. We are located in Le Physique Health & Fitness with the entrance right on the seawall facing the boats and mountains of the North Shore.
