Mittal is trained in Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger point, Fascial release, Joint mobilization, pre and postnatal massage. Mittal is also certified in Cupping, Infant massage and Hot Stone Massage
