Originally from Summerland, B.C., Paul studied Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and moved to Calgary in 2004. He worked for nine years as a personal trainer and coached a wide variety of clients. After taking a three-year break to work as an industrial electrician, Paul decided to return to school to study Massage Therapy at Mount Royal University and then became certified in Active Release Techniques® and is a certified ART Paul has been a health and fitness enthusiast for many years and competed in high school cross-country running and track.
