After achieving an honours B.A. in Kinesiology and Physical Education, Kristy graduated from the 3rd year medical massage program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2006. Kristy achieved her Sport Fellowship in Sport Massage with the Canadian Sports Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA) in 2009. Kristy was the ON Chapter president for CSMTA and has used this position to educate the community through many events within Ontario.
