Description
Old injuries, posture at work, sports, and over all life stress can build tension and tenderness in the muscles. To relief that tension, I find the use of myofascial and deep tissue tension release produce the best results. With my spa background, I have a combination of therapeutic and relaxation approach to massage. Hope to see you soon. Stay healthy.
