Originally from Cape Breton, Courtney now calls Halifax her home. Courtney graduated from Eastern College Massage Therapy Program with Honours. She has spent the last five years treating in multidisciplinary settings where she has gained experience treating postural strains, motor vehicle accident and sporting injuries. 

Courtney’s approach to massage is therapeutic, deep and tailored to each individual’s needs. Her main focus is to help reduce and manage pain, while also educating her clients and giving them the tools they need to be reach their full potential.
