Tracy demonstrates thorough interview practices and specializes in extended-duration treatments (60 minutes or longer), prioritizing the benefits of allowing ample time for relaxation and therapeutic effects. Her current passions in her practice include myofascial massage and cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques, along with conditions of the head, neck, and jaw (posture, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, and migraines).
