Catherine is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). She actively pursues a healthy lifestyle and strongly believes in the combined positive benefits of sports, mobility exercises and regular massage therapy. Her physical pursuits include volleyball, kickboxing and yoga. Catherine also goes on walks with her Yorkie/Poodle mix Pacino, enjoys nature hikes, and loves exploring new destinations.
