Description
John competed at an elite level in a number of sports from track and field, basketball, judo, and kickboxing. He got interested in massage therapy during his time studying at Simon Fraser University and due to injuries acquired from the years of competing, experiencing first-hand the benefits that massage therapy had on his athletic performance and recovery but also the benefits it had on a personal basis as well. This made him want to pursue the field further.
