Julie believes taking care of your body is the cornerstone to living a healthy, balanced life. She has seen how Massage Therapy can benefit her clients since completing her 2200hr Massage Therapy Diploma in 2014 (Mount Royal University, Calgary).
Julie uses a client centered approach in the treatment and prevention of injury. This helps her clients get back to living their lives and pursuing their passions. Julie also has experience with Lymphatic Drainage, CarnioSacral therapy, cupping, pregnancy massage and deep tissue massage and works with clients on a per case basis.

Summary

The mission of our wellness centre is to help you reach a healthy state of balance and well-being through ethical natural health care that combines complementary health modalities that emphasize a cohesive, non-invasive methodology that facilitates accurate individual assessments and safe effective solutions.
We are completely committed to educating our clients and surrounding community on the prevention of disease and holistic alternatives that encourage the body’s natural healing capabilities.
