Description
Josie has a strong passion for the combined healing art and science of massage therapy. Graduating in 2010 from the Alberta Institute of massage and then moving on to achieve a 2200 advanced diploma in 2013 she has learned many specialized areas of treatment including Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial release & cupping, Pre and Post natal, Hot stone, Trigger point therapy as well as relaxing Swedish techniques. Josie is currently working on finishing her master level of Reiki and believes the strongest form of healing is connecting the mind, body and soul.
